  I'm a regular customer there. I'm there at least twice a week & have spent almost a couple thousand dollars there since the beginning of the year (and it's just the beginning of February). I am a very patient person and don't mind waiting for my RX because I can see how busy they are ALL of the time. Today I dropped off 1 RX at 3 pm , they said it'd be 20 minutes. In the meantime my Dr.'s office called in a 2nd RX, so I was patient & went to the grocery store & came back a half hour later and patiently sat down to wait for my name to be called. I figured I haven't received my text yet verifying it was ready, so they must be running behind. I sat there for almost ANOTHER 2 hours waiting to hear my name called. There was a constant long line & with being 9 months pregnant with diabetes and multiple sclerosis, I couldn't physically stand and wait in those lines. I just assumed they'd call my name since I told them I'd be waiting. Eventually I did have to stand in line for about 15 minutes and they had my RX waiting for me & didn't even apologize for the over sight ! I wish there was a manager I could complain to. I'm normally not THAT person, but as often as I'm there & as much $$$ as I spend there, this shits ridiculous !
